Everyone is called as a leader in some realm of service in life and everyone is called as a follower!

Right now, you are most likely leading someone and something in your life. Perhaps you are leading children in your family, workers in your work place, a member on your sports team, or volunteers working on a project with you. If you share with a friend how to bake a pie, you are leading them. If you teach your younger sibling how to clean their room, you are leading. If you are setting an example as a person of love and integrity you are leading others by your example. If you are sharing insights on social media you are leading those who read, listen and believe.

The issue is not IF you are a leader, but WHO you are as a leader. Jesus is THE LEADER of the entire universe for all eternity and He is the model we follow as we develop into an excellent leader.

He said, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations...” (Matthew 28:18,19a)

We are called to lead nations under Christ’s authority. God is looking for His people to impact and transform the nations. If each individual leads well in their realm of life, the entire world will be affected. This mentoring program will encourage, teach and instruct you by outlining five keys to leading with excellence.
